2. Search, viewings and an offer
I will perform searches, schedule viewings and accompany you to the properties. I will give professional advice as we discuss your favourite options. I will place an offer and negotiate it. Let's win it!
3. Contract, check-in & move-in
After an offer is accepted I will review the rental contract, perform the check-in inspection and obtain the keys. I will help with setting up your utility accounts.
